firs take a pan and pour 1 cup of water.after boiling water add 1 cup of rice flour. salt,chilli powder and sesame seeds and keep mixing. take it from a pan and mix small dough.keep dough in a cover 10 min,after wors take small balls and rub in your hands it become like a small stick using your fingers make a circle.we can combine edges slightely with water.take a pan and pour the oil in a medium heat we can fry chakodellu like brown color.
