1.Mash the black chances to a coarse paste and add all the ingredients, expect the oil to it. mix well. Kenead into a dough.
2.Wet the hands and form kebabs out of the dough.Dust the kebabs with a little bit of cornfiour. Heat the oil and deep fry the kebabs on medium flame till golden brown and properly cooked from inside.
3.Serve hot with tomato sause or mint chutney.
