channa dhal	grams	200
chilly powder	tbsp	2
coriander leaves chopped	bunch	1/2
dhaniya powder	tbsp	2
dried chillies	number	4
ginger garlic paste	tbsp	1
onion	number	1
salt	tbsp	1/2
sauf,jeera,hing,mustard	tbsp	1/4
tamarind	grams	20
tomato	number	2
turmeric powder	pinch
water	cup	2
Directions \| How to make Channa Dhal Balls Gravy

soak channa dhal for 1 hour and then grind it with chillies,salt,jeera ,turmeric powder and sauf.then add the coriander leaves and mix it.then make small balls and steam it.take a pan add oil put mustard and hing and fry onion,gingergarlic paste and tomatoes and fry it.then add take tamarind juice and add chilly powder,dhaniya powder and salt.bring it to boil and when it is little thick add the balls and cook for 10 minutes in low flame.

	serve it with rice
