Recipe of channa pulao

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
pulao rice  500 Grams
peas  225 Grams
panir  225 Grams
curry leaves (big)  1 Springs
cloves  4 Numbers
cinnamon  5 Numbers
cardamom  2 Numbers
green chillies  2 Numbers
salt   To Taste
sugar   To Taste
fat  50 Grams
sultanas  15 Grams


1.Heat fat. add sultanas and remove.

2. add painr cubes and fry to a golden brown .3. add curry leaves, cloves cinnamon and cardamom. 4. add rice and fry for 5 minuties

5. add shelled peas, slit green chillies, salt sugar and hot water to cook rice. 6.when water is almost absorbed, put in panir pieces and sultanas

7 cook on slow fire till water is completely absorbed and rice is cooked.
