chilli paste	tsp	2
chopped coriander	0
coriander powder	tsp	4
cumin seeds	tsp	1
ginger,garlic paste	tsp	2
hing	tsp	quarter
oilghee	tbsp	1
onion	large	1
red chilli powder	to taste
salt	to taste
tomato	small	3
turmeric powder	tsp	half
Directions \| How to make Cheese Green Pea Cury

boil onion & tomato separately and make puree. heat oil\ghee in vessle,add cumin seeds, hing &turmeric powder. add onion puree&green chilli paste,let it cook till oil separated. now add ginger,garlic paste,mix well. add tomato puree,cook till oil separated. add all dry masalas. add some water. add green pea, mix well. after 10 min. add grated chesse. cover vessel for 10min. on low flame. now mix melt cheese in curry garnish wite chopped coriander.
	Serving Ideas
	serve hot with nan or chapati
