Directions | How to make Cheikodilu
 
boil the water add salt , chilly powder, cumin seeds to water. remove the water from fire. add little, little quantity of rice flour continouslr and stir well. add some hot oil to the dough. mix it throughly. take small portion of the dough and make round ring tale some moong dal and place on the surface where you are making the rings. roll the rings in the moong dall so that some moong dal sticks to the ring. complete the rings with the rest of the dough. heat oil and deep fry the rice dough rings. place them in the plate with tissue papersso that excess oil is removed. now crispy chaikodilu are ready.
