Ingredients used in Chicken Pakora
• Boneless chicken pieces - 300 grams.
• Gram flour (besan) - 150 grams.
• Baking soda - 1 pinch.
• Coriander leaves - to taste.
• Green chilies - 2 numbers.
• Garlic - 3 cloves.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - half tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - half tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cooking oil - to fry.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Add onion, garlic, green chilies, coriander amd little water in a blender and blend to a fine paste.
  • In a large bowl addgram flour, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder , red chilli powder, salt, baking soda and mix properly.
  • In this flour mix, add blended paste and form a fine paste. Add more water if required.
  • Put in the chicken pieces and mix well so that the chicken is well coated with the mixture.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan. Once oil get hot, deep fry battered chicken till it get goldeb brown.

Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
