Description : This is a very dry chicken recipe, very very simple, quick to make and excellent with curd rice.

Directions | How to make Chicken Varuval
 
In a kadai, add oil and mustard and let it splutter. To this add finely chopped onions, curry leaves and finely chopped chillies and saute until transparent. Add boneless small pieces of chicken and saute until chicken is half cooked. Do not add any water. finally add salt and keep sauteing till the chicken is dry and cooked and all the chillies are almost fried.

Use sesame oil for better taste Best with youghurt and rice as a side (non veg pickle)
