Recipe of Chicken Biryani

Everest Shahi Biryani Masala Powder 5 Teaspoons
Corinder 10 Leaf
Mint 15 Leaf
Onions 1 Cup
Green Chilli 6 Piece
Curd 1 Cup
Basmati Rice 1 Pound
Chicken 1 Pound
Salt 1 To Taste
Jeera 1 Tablespoons
Ginger /Garlic Paste 2 Tablespoons
Lime Juice 1 Teaspoons
Corinder Poweder 2 Tablespoons

Directions

1] Soak rice for 30minutes 2] Marrinate chicken with curd,salt,biryani masala podwer,ginger /garlic paste, green chilli, fried onions,mint,corinder,Jeera,Lime juice,Corinder powder for 1hour. 3] In Pan add marinated chicken,soaked rice,fried onions and add 1 cup of water . 4]Close the pan lid & cook the biryani for 40-45 minutes in low flame.: Note: The difference in this biryani is that , both chicken & Rice is cooked together, so that rice has very good flavor & taste compared to cooking rice 60% seperately & later adding to chicken.
