Recipe of Chicken briyani
|Garam Masala Powder||1||Teaspoons|
|Whole Garam Masala||To Taste|
|Giner Garlic Paste||2||Teaspoons|
Clean the chicken and add chilli powder, garam masala powder, corriander powder,ginger garlic paste, curd and salt to the chicken and mix it well. keep it aside for 30 mins. Mean time soak the rice in water. Cut the onions into slices and deep fry it in the oil till it gets brown color. once the onion fry is ready, keep it aside. Fry the marinated chicken in 1 tea spoon of oil till the water goes from the chicken. Now the fried onion is ready and the dried chicken is ready. Now take the cooker and add the oil and ghee. Add the whole garam masala in the oil and ghee mixture. then add the sliced green chillies and fry it. Then add the rice to the oil. mix it properly. then add water , fried onion, chicken fry, corriander leaves, mint leaves and salt. mix it properly and keep it till 2 whistles. once it is done, keep if for some time to cool. then add the lemon juice to the rice and mix it properly. Now yummy chicken briyani is ready.
I got this recipe from my friend , who is from andhra. she is a very good cook. what ever she prepares, it will be good. I couldnt control eating her briyani. Now everybody became fan of my briyani.
