Recipe of Chicken Curry - MY STYLE

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Salt Acording to your taste, better 1.5 tsp Tablespoons
Maggie Magic Masala 1 Numbers
Kitchen King 1 Teaspoons
Curry Powder (Powdered) 1/2 Teaspoons
Sabut Garam Masala (Un Garnished Curry Powder Having Bay Leaves, Cardmon ,red Chillie, Jeera , Dalchini , Etc ) 1.5 Tablespoons
Oil 1/2 +1/2 Cup
Chicken (Of Cource)(Better To Use Boneless) 1 Whole Numbers
Onion Chopped 3 Big
Tomato Chopped 5 Big
Degi Mirch 2 Teaspoons
Dhania Powder 3 Teaspoons
Lemon Juice 1.5 lemons Numbers
Ginger Chopped 2 Teaspoons
Garlic 1/2 Teaspoons

Directions

Take oil in a pan and add all the Ungrinded Curry Masala when the oil is heated . Fowlling this add ginger and garlic to it. Then , when the garlic becomes golden brown then add the onion to the pan when it also becomes golden brown then add tomatoes to it . When the tomatoes get cooked then cool or warm and grind this mixture in mixer grinder . Keep it aside. Shallow fry the chiken in oil with the other half cup and add this mixture in it and then heat for 5-10 minutes……… Just add lemon to it. Your Chiken is ready Serve with Naan and spring onions... ENJOY
