Recipe of Chicken Cutlet

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Garam Masala Powder 1 Teaspoons
Salt (as Per Taste) 1 Teaspoons
Fresh Corriander (i Love Cilantro So I Use Lots) 1 Tablespoons
Green Chilli Paste (can Use More If U Like Spicy) 1 Teaspoons
Garlic Paste 1 Teaspoons
Ginger Paste 1 Teaspoons
Minced Chicken 1 Cup
Vegetable Oil (to Shallow Fry)

Directions

mix all the above ingredients and make round balls and pat it in ur palms, give it a shape of a round thick cutlet. Heat some oil in a pan and shallow fry these cutlets. Eat it with a spicy sauce or put it in a burger bread and u can eat it with veggies inside like a chicken burger. You can also grill this cutlet, anyhow it tastes amazing. this would be a healthier way with no use of oil.
