Recipe of Chicken Dragon(Indo chinese)

Oil 500 ml To Fry
Unsalted Roasted Cashew Nuts 2 Tablespoons
Chopped Cilantro 2 Tablespoons
Finely Chopped Ginger & Garlic 2 Tablespoons
Ajinomoto 1 Pinch
Soya Sauce 2 Tablespoons
Tomato Ketchup 3 Tablespoons
Egg 1 Numbers
Corn Flour 1 Tablespoons
Black Pepper Powder 1 Teaspoons
Salt some To Taste
Boneless Skinless Chicken Pieces 250 Grams
Red Chilli Flakes 2 Tablespoons
Lime Juice 1 Numbers
Sugar 1 Pinch
Chopped Onions 1 Tablespoons
Ajinomoto 1 Pinch

Directions

Mix chicken with salt, ajinomoto, pepper, egg & cornflour. Deep fry in oil & keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped cilantro, onion, ginger, garlic & saute for 2 mins, add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, little sugar, red chilli flakes chicken & toss well to coat them. finally add some lime juice & mix well,adjust salt. Add cashewnuts & serve hot.
