ginger garlic paste  1 Tablespoons
garam masala powder  1.2 Tablespoons
turmeric powder  1.4 Tablespoons
chillipowder  1 Tablespoons
pepper  5 Numbers
chicken  1/2 Lbs
thick coconut milk  1/2 Cup
shallots  10 Numbers

First make a smooth paste of shallots,ginger garlic paste,all the powders and marinate the cleaned chicken pieces with this paste and salt for 2 hrs. In a hot pan add the marinated chicken pieces and coconut milk and cover it and cook in amedium flame.The actual process is all the milk will be absorbed and oozes out oil and the chicken gets fried in the same oil slowly.The beautiful thing in this dish is we can fry chicken without oil.It takes aroung 1/2 hr to cook and garnish withchopped coriander leaves and serve with ghee rice or any other mixed rice.
