although, d recipe was quite incomplete.. but still gave a roadmap to a dish which cud be made without much preparation...
d moment i read d recipe of this dish, my student days in Ranchi came alive... d thelawallahas and small time chowmein/roll establishments used to make this dish..i always windered how did they create such good taste in so little time..n that too with so few ingredients... i used to think that was some kinda chef's secret...
anyways, this is how i made this dish...
the chicken marination was not described .. so i put very little fish sauce, chilli garlic sauce, roasted black pepper powder.
after that i did follow d same procedure as described...
one more thing, i also added some water along with tomato sauce to make some gravy..

the end result was awesome..
my wife was so happy after tasting it...
Guys, give this dress a sure-shot try...

In the entire recipe where is poor garlic. Probably in the marination of chicken which has not been explained. What is the point of having it on the net if the idea is not at all teaching could only be your advertising.
