Description: This is a very nice preparation and no one who has it ever says they dont like it. Its amazing. I learnt it, so thought even others may benefit out of it..

Recipe of Chicken Kabab

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Milk Cream 75 ml ml
Corn Flour 15 gm Grams
Egg White 1 Numbers
Curd 75 gm Grams
Jeera Powder 5 gm Grams
Lemon Juice 30 ml ml
Green Chilly 10 medium (chopped) Numbers
Garlic 50 gm Grams
Ginger 50 gm Grams
Chicken 1 and a half kg Piece
Cardamom Powder 5 gm Grams
Nutmeg Powder ( If Available) 5 gm Grams
Cilantro (coriander Leaf) 10 gm Grams
Salt as required To Taste


Marinate chicken pieces with salt, lemon juice,ginger-garlic paste, [and some chilly/black pepper powder (only if u need it spicy)] for 2-3 hrs. You can make small cuts in chicken pcs so that the marination goes inside it. Now take another bowl and put the milk cream beat it and make it soft, and then add curd to the cream. In another bowl beat the egg white and then add corn flour.Add this to the milk cream-curd mix. Now take out the marinated chicken and add cardamom and nutmeg powder to it , and the new mix (egg,milk cream curd & corn flour mix) . Also add green chillies and coriander leaves..Keep it again for 2 hrs and deep-fry it . (or fry in tandoor)

hi i hav been watching ur receipes since long time and it is fantastic. I want to know tat milk cream which u hav mentioned in this receipe is sour cream.
