Recipe of Chicken Kababs

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Boneless chicken  500 Grams
Curd  50 Grams
Onion paste  1 Teaspoons
Fried onion paste  2 Teaspoons
Garam masala powder  2 Teaspoons
Coconut paste  2 Teaspoons
chaat masala  1 Tablespoons
Red chilly powder  2 Tablespoons
Oil   To Taste
Salt   To Taste

1. Mix all the above except salt and oil and marinade for 3-4 hrs 2. Mix salt and oil, put on seekh (skewers) and grill it till turns golden red. 3. Sprinkle some chaat masala. 4. Serve with onion rings, lemon pieces, and sauce.
