Recipe of chicken masala

Green Chillies 2 Numbers
Turmeric Powder 1/2 Tablespoons
Coriander Powder 1 Tablespoons
Chilli Powder 1-2 Tablespoons
Onion-chopped 1 Cup
Coriander Leaves-Chopped 1/2 Cup
Cumin Seeds 1 Tablespoons
Pepper 1 Tablespoons
Ginger 8 Piece
Garlic 8 Numbers
Chicken 600 Grams
Tomato-Chopped 1 Numbers
Oil 3-4 Tablespoons
Curry Leaves 2 Springs
Salt To Taste


Cut the chicken into medium sized pieces.Clean it and wash.Keep it aside.Add garlic,ginger,pepper,cumin seeds and coriander leaves into a blender.Grind it into a smooth paste.Heat oil in pan.add onions, curry leaves and saute it for 5 mins.Add green chillies.Saute it till the onion becomes goleden brown. Then add the paste and saute it till the oil comes out.Then add the chicken and coat the masala and cover it with a lid.Wait for 5 min.Remove the lid and mix well.Now add the tomato and again mix it.add enough salt and water.Let it cook for another 15mins.Once the chicken is cooked simmer it for 5 mins.. If u want a thick gravy just leave it.Else fry it some more time.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Now the chicken masala s ready.The masala taste will be different. I found this recipe very difficult to follow, and my dish was not as I had hoped. You have missed ingredients from instructions!
