Chicken Boneless 250g Grams
Finely Chopped Onion 1 small Small
Finely Chopped Ginger &garlic,coriander Leaves 1tablespoon To Fry
,green Chillies1 1 Numbers
Butter,milk,maida Powder, Small

Directions

take a pan ,add 2 spoon of butter in it.then add chicken pieces in medium flame and cook it for 10-15 min,add a pinch of salt as soon as you put the chicken.take the chicken out and make it into very small pieces.in the same pan with that remaining butter add finely chopped onions,ginger ,garlic, hand full of coriander leaves&green chillies and fry it .once it fried add salt,1 spoon of chilli powder,1/2 coriander powder& then turn off the flame add 1cup of boiled milk to the mixture &then keep it in flame add maida flour to the mixture & stirr it well in a low flame . the mixture becomes thick add the pieces of chicken to it & stirr it well.turn off the flame.allow the mixture to cool.then make it into small rolls dip it in white of egg and roll it over bread crumbles &put it in the oil under low flame .once it turns golden brown take it out &serve it with tomato sauce
