CHICKEN WINGS ALA INDIAN

Ingredients used in CHICKEN WINGS ALA INDIAN
• Grated cheese - 1/2 cup.
• Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Spring onions (chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Mixed vegetables (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Corander (chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Rice - 1 cup.
• Garam masala - pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Chicken wings - 6 numbers.
• Bread crumb powder - 1 cup.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - to fry.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • First, debone the chicken wings.
  • For the marination, In a bowl add chicken wings, sprinkle some lemon juice, chilly powder, salt, garam masala, keep it aside.
  • Stuffing for the chicken wings: In a bowl add rice, coriander, garlic, chilly powder.
  • Add vegetables(baby corn, carrot, mushroom, etc.) spring onions, garam masala, soya sauce, grated cheese, and mix it up all.
  • Open the wings and fill the mixture.
  • In the flour add salt, pepper powder and mix it, beat the eggs in the bowl and place the flour in another bowl.
  • Dip chicken wings into the flour, then egg and coat the breadcrumbs, shaking off the excess.
  • Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry chicken wings at 170 deg C slowly till it is cooked.

no it gets cooked with the cheez inside, however if you put something that takes a long time to cook or you want you veg to be properly cooked than you might wanna cook it separately first, but just enough, cos it will be cooked again with the wings

It's because it would be really boring. While Indian food contains lots of vegetables, it's still not considered vegan cooking.
