Directions

1. First debone the chicken wings. For the Marination, In a bowl add chicken wings, sprinkle some lemon juice, chilly powder, salt, garam masala, keep it aside. Stuffing for the chicken wings Take a bowl add rice, coriander, garlic, chilly powder,
2. Add vegetables(baby corn, carrot, mushroom, etc.) spring onions, garam masala, Soya sauce, grated cheese, and mix it up all.
3. Open the wings and fill the mixture. In the flour add salt, pepper powder and mix it. Beat the eggs in the bowl, and place the flour in another bowl. Dip chicken wings into the flour, then egg and bread crumb, shaking of the excess, now heat oil in a pan and deep fry chicken wings at 170 deg C slowly till it is cooked.
