Chicken with Spring Onion Masala

Ingredients used in Chicken with Spring Onion Masala
• Chicken - 250 grams.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Garlic ginger chopped - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Spring onions white - 1/4 cup.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cashew nut coarse powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Spring onion green(chopped) - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, salt.
  • Add chopped spring onion white, chopped green chilies, salt it till onions are brown in color, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder.
  • Add cashew nut powder (coarsely ground) mix it and cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Then add chicken pieces, mix it well and put the lid on and let it cook till chicken is tender, sprinkle the lime juice, and add spring onions.
