Description: Chicken cooked in yogurt curry with flavours of Kashmir is an extremely aromatic and delicious dish where chicken is boiled in some whole Indian spices and mixed into a spicy, silky Kashmir i  flavored gravy made of yogurt.

Recipe of Chicken with Tomatoes

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Chicken 1 Large
Finely Chopped Parsley 1 Teaspoons
Olive Oil 1/3 Cup
Finely Chopped Onions 1 Cup
Chopped Basil 1 Teaspoons
Tomatoes, Peeled 1 Pound
Coffeespoon Marjoram 1 Numbers
Red Capsicum, Cored And Seeded 1 Numbers
Clove Garlic, Crushed 1 Numbers

Directions

1. Cut the chicken into large pieces. Heat the olive oil, add the onions and gently fry until transparent (about 5 minutes), then add the chicken pieces and brown them all over; then add all the remaining ingredients, stirring thoroughly. When bubbling, reduce the heat and simmer gently, covered with a well-fitting lid, until the chicken is tender. You may cook this in the oven or on top of the stove.
 2. Add a little water if it starts to dry up.
3.  Serve on a bed of fluffy rice, or large flat noodles.
