Recipe of Chilli Fish
Chop the onions and chillies into thin long pieces. Mix fish, chopped chillies, onion, salt, vinegar, Soya saus and orsestor saus. Stir it well and keep for 4 hours. Take out the fish pieces from the saus. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish till it is red. After frying all the fish pieces put the saus, onion & chilli mix into the pan alongwith the fish pieces and let it simmer. Cover with lid and leave for 5 minutes. Now chilli fish is ready.
