Directions | How to make Chintaku Poditho Mamsam Koora
 
1.clean tender mutton & keep aside. 2.in that mutton add salt,turmeric powder,redchilli powder,coriander powder,gingergarlic paste & mix them all well. 3.now take a pressure cooker & pour oil in it. 4.when its hot add cinamon,cloves,cardamon,bayleaves,blackelachi&fry them. 5.now add,curry leaves,chopped mint leaves,chopped coriander leaves& fry them. 6.after that add onion slices(cut in lenght wise)& fry them well. 7.add green chillies now that r slit in lenghtwise.fry it well. 8.add the marinated mutton to it &fry it nicely. 9.now,add water &let it boil.when it boils nicely,close the pressure cooker lid&place weight on it. 10.on high flame cook the mutton till we get 6 whistles. 11.let it cool for 5 minutes& open the cooker lid& taste the curry &add if any spices r less. 12.now,again put the cooker on flame&wait till the curry boils. 13.when it was boiling now add thesecret ingredient i.e.,DRIED TAMARIND LEAVES POWDER,garamasala powder&the raw mango slices(cut in lenghtwise) to it. 14.now,close the cooker lid& again cook it 4 till 1 whistle & off the flame. 15.after 5 mins u can open &serve it in acurry bowl. 16.garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with rice. 17.it is old traditional recipie in andhra pradesh.trust me u'll surely like it. TAKE TENDER MUTTON .SO,IT'LL COOK FAST. IF U ADD MINT LEAVES 2 GET NICE FLAVOUR 2 UR CURRY. SERVE ONLY WITH RICE. U CAN ADD CASHEWS WHILE GARNISHING.
