in a blender take hara dhania ,green chillies blend it with little water . in a hot pan add oil in that add ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds when it splutters add onionsfry till golden brown and add turmeric now add blended mixture to this add boiled rice now after 2 mins add grated coconut add salt to taste ur dish is ready
