Ingredients used in Cocoa Coffee Cookies
• Instant coffee powder - 15 grams.
• Coco powder - 15 grams.
• All-purpose flour - 250 grams.
• Sugar powder (or icing sugar) - 100 grams.
• Butter - 175 grams.
• Baking powder (optional) - 1 pinch.
• Egg - 1 number.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add butter, powdered sugar and cream it, add egg mix it well.
  • Take another bowl, add all purpose flour, coco powder, instant coffee powder, baking powder (optional) mix it well, then add this mixture in above butter mixture bowl and mix it like a soft piping consistency.
  • Take a cookies maker, put the star shape nozzle and fill the mixture in this and make them cookies.
  • Bake them at 180 degree centigrade for 12 to 15 minutes.

On the site (vahrehvah. dot com / Coffee+Cookies:8285) it says the egg is optional so you don't have to add it.
