Recipe of Coconut Fish fry

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Sole/ Bekhti Fillets 750 Grams
Red Chillies (fresh) 3 Teaspoons
Cocunut Dessicated 2 Tablespoons
Ginger, Chopped 2 Teaspoons
Garlic 6 Clove
White Vinegar 1 1/2 Tablespoons
Maida (flour) 3 Tablespoons
Salt To Taste
Oil To Fry
Lemon Wedges To Taste

Directions

Wash the fish fillets and pat dry. Sprinkle maida over fillets and keep aside. Grind togeather,red chillies, cocunut, ginger, garlic, vinegar and just enough water to make fine paste. Add salt and evenly coat fillets with this paste. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry fish till crisp. Serve immediately, accompanied by lemon wedges

Amazing. Its so easy to cook. Instead use a non-stick pan with less oil, tastes better and its healther. A photo of the receipe would bring in more zinc!

Hey,
I tried it and it turned out really well. However, I would suggest to marinade fish for at least half an hour.

it was the first ever time i was trying something out of fish...as always i managed to get this recipe too...it turned out soooooo yummy.....my husband was like i dont have to dine out for fish now.....when i have an expert cook at home..........all bcos of your recipe sir!!!keep it up...lovely........
