Description: A n easy to prepare yummy cool desert made with coconut mik, condensed milk and milk.
Recipe of coconut souffle
|Coconut Milk (1can) / Thick Milk From 1 Coconut||350||ml|
1.In a big vessel mix milk and condensed milk. 2.heat the mixture until it boils and thickens.stir constantly. 3.allow the thickened mixture to cool a little and then add the coconut milk to it.heat gently for sometime. (around 7 mins) 4.add sugar if necessary. 5.dissolve about 50 grams of gelatin in hot water and add to the mixture slowly, stirring constantly. 6.pour the mixture into a desired bowl/ tray and allow it to cool. 7.refrigerate it.allow it to set. 8.cut into the desired shape. 9.serve cold.
cook the mixture only after mixing prperly or else the condensed milk may stick to the bottom
