Recipe of Colmi Na Kababs (Prawn Kababs)

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Shelled And Deveined Prawns 300 Grams
Egg 1 Numbers
Worcestershire Sauce 1 Tablespoons
Green Chilli, Chopped 1 Numbers
Onion, Chopped 1 Large
Garlic, Finely Chopped 6 Numbers
Turmeric Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Cummin Seed 1 Teaspoons
Chopped Coriander Leaves To Taste
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Oil To Fry


  1. Wash and marinate the prawns with salt
  2. Keep the marinated prawns for 45 minutes
  3. Wash the prawns again and pound them.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients except the egg and pound again until well blended.
  5. Knead in the egg. Make into small balls
  6. Deep fry the balls until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot.
