Tip Description kneed the dough well with sufficient warm water salt and small quantity of edible oil, keep aside for 30 minutes. you can also store in a polythene bag to avoid dryness of dough. while heating first heat one side for a very short time then the other side for more time and tilt it if needed slightly foment with a thick cloth puffed chappathy is ready
