Directions \| How to make Coriander Rice

grind coriander leaves greenchillies together.now in a hot pan take some oil add red chilli'cumin seeds when it spulters add chopped onion cook till golden brown add ginger garlic paste when it leaves raw flavour add grinded mixture add turmeric and now add boiled rice to it add grated coconut,coriander pdr,salt .cook for 10 mins now garnish with coriander leaves.
