Hi Sanjay! I saw your video for medu wada & Sambar & my mouth started watering. My husband & I just love's medu vada & sambar but, I couldnt make it in the authentic way. But you told each & every detail of cooking in such a simple & easy way to maintain its authentic taste. For which I can say you are the true Guru. You are person who is really down to earth:). & I proudly say we all are very lucky to have you.

I tried making crab cakes the other day. The texture was good but I didnt like the taste. That day first time I had crab cakes so I do not have anything to compare. Crab cakes were little sweet in taste even after I put green chillies and red chilli powder. I think crab meat its self was sweet in taste. So I would suggest those who like spicy food, do add lot of own masalas and spices in to it (as suggested in video).

Wow sanjay, thank u soooooooooo much for my favorite recipe....i was always scared of cleaning the crab and all that..but u made it look so simple...

I have another request i have been asking u for many emails...can u also please show how to carve the vegetables, like u did the tomato in the serving plate in this recipe. Please sanjay.
