1.Boil the peas in 5 cups of water, till soft.Drain the peas and keep aside the stock. 2.Blend the peas,adding one cup of stock. then put this mixture in the remaining stock. 3.Add the garlic juice,green colour and salt and pepper.Let it cook for 5 minutes. 4.Add 1 cup white sause. mix well. 5.Boil for 4-5 minutes and then garnish with the mint and a swirl of cream. 6.Serve hot.
