Ingredients used in CROSTINI
• All purpose flour - 100 grams.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Butter - 50 grams.
• Milk - 1/4 cup.
• Red chili flakes - 1 tea spoon.
• Spinach leaves - 6-8 numbers.
• Cheese(grated) - 1 tablespoon.
• Celery stick - 3 numbers.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, salt, butter and mix it.
  • Later add little milk and make soft dough.
  • Roll into lengths sheet cut edges, later cut into big triangles.
  • On it sprinkle red chili flakes, arrange spinach leaves, with cheese and place celery stick, roll it like as shown in video to give a crostini shape.
  • Place them on baking tray and give a milk wash, later bake in oven at 200 degree for 15-20 minutes.

Now crostini is ready to serve.
