Recipe of cucumber curry

1. Cut the cucumber into medium pieces 2. Fry the oil in a pan 3. Put the chopped onion in to the oil and let them cook half 4. Add cumin, mustard, chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves, chopped green chilly and chopped tomato one by another in to the oil. 5. when the frying stuffs become brown add turmeric and chopped black pepper and salt into it. 6. And then add the cucumber and Maldives fish (small pieces) fry that for 15 mnts. 7. After that add the milk 8. Cook it just five minutes. 9. Don't let the milk boil too much 10. It's ready to serve with rice or chapatti etc..
It's a really nice dish, it's good for the health. Also we can add mutton or beef bones rather than adding Maldives fish. It's up to your wish. It's best to serve with hot rice.
