its really yummy and u can make it and store it in a container,
Dry roast urad dal, coriander seeds, and garlic, and just grind them along with other ingredients U can add this in any curry,like tindora,okra, and potato, and many just mix this along with besan flour and sprinkle on the curry,, It tastes YUMMY
learnt this receipe from my aunt, who is an excellent cook,, she will add this in all dals and currys frys etc,, It was so good and i tried it and it came out well. and in andhra side,we call this as SAMBAR KARAAM,
