Recipe of Curry Rice

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Cooked Rice 2-3 Cup
Curry Sauce Mix Packet 1 Numbers
Chicken Or Pork Butt Roast Cubed 3 Lbs
Water 6-7 Cup
Potatoes 5 Numbers
Onion Diced 1 Numbers
Frozen Sweet Peas 1 Cup

Directions

  1. In a large stew pot add the cubed pork or chicken and cover with water (about 6 cups)
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and cook till tender
  3. Remove meat, remove and discard excess oil / fat with an oil separator
  4. Place broth back into the stew pot
  5. Break the curry mix and add to broth (add additional water if necessary)
  6. Stir until curry cubes are completely melted
  7. Add meat, potatoes, onions
  8. Simmer until potatoes are cooked, at least 20 minutes
  9. Add frozen peas
  10. Stir and cook 5 more minutes
  11. Serve on a hot bed of rice
