heat oil in the pan add little about pinch of haldi pdr. and then chopped garlic cook for a mint then add cumin seed and then add patatoes cook till tender. add culiflower and salt. cook for 10 mints. low the heat add haldi , coriander pdr. lower the heat and when cauliflower little cool add yogurt and slowly cook on low heat till it boils keep staring after it boils cover let it simmer. you will see oil coming up . (u can also add paperika ) when yogurt gets little dry out add water let it boil on medium heat for 20 mints.
