Recipe of Dahi vermicelli

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Curry Leaves 2 Grams
Asafoetida 2 Grams
Mustard Seeds 2 Grams
Ginger 5 Grams
Green Chillies 5 Grams
Salt To Taste
Curds 350 Grams
Vermicelli 200 Grams
Redchillies 1 Grams
Oil 10 ml

Directions

1. Boil the vermicelli.

2. mix with curds, chopped green chillies, salt and ginger.

3. Heat oil.

4. Fry mustard seeds asafoetida, curry leaves and whole red chilli.

5. poour over vermicelli mixture.

6. mix well and serve with pickles.
