Spilt Red Gram 225 Grams
Onion 55 Grams
Green Chillies 10 Grams
Turmeric Pinch
Fat 30 Grams
Salt To Taste
Fat 30 Grams
Curry Leaves Springs
Mustard Seeds Pinch
Whole Red Chillies 2-3 Numbers


1. Pick and wash gram .2. slice onion and salt green chillies.

3. Heat fat. saute gram, onion, chillies, turmeric. add enough water to cook.

4. When tender remove from fire and mash. add more water if required.

5. add salt and bring to boil. 6. remove and temper with the  given ingredients.

It would be a big help to have measurements in cups, tablespoons, teaspoons.

Also, how many the recipe would serve.
