Ingredients used in DEVILED EGGS
• Egg - 4 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup.
• Onions - 1/4 cup.
• Lime juice - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup.
• Mustard sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Cut boil eggs into two half and remove yolk in another bowl.
  • Take a bowl and add coriander leaves, onions, little lime juice, pepper powder, salt and mix it.
  • Add above mixture in boiled eggs.
  • Crush egg yolk, add mayonnaise, mustard sauce, red chili powder and mix nicely and transfer into piping bag.
  • Fill this mixture from piping bag in boiled egg and garnish with coriander leaves.

Now deviled egg is ready to serve.

Looks very yummy.........but isn't that yolk mixture gonna give a foul smell?...Can you please show a vegetarian filling version of this recipe...........?
