1. Boil crab in shell. 2. Break shell and remove crab meat. 3. Put cream into a saucepan. Add thickening made with flour and better. 4. Bring to a boil and remove from fire. 5. Stir in crab meat, finely chopped egg, yolks, parselyy and seasoning. 6. Put mixture back into crab shells which must be well cleaned. 7. Brush over with a little egg yolk. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in a quick oven.
