Recipe of devilled crab

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Crab 4 Small
Cream 300 ml
Butter 15 Grams
Refined Flour 15 Grams
Hard Boiled Egg Yolks 15 Grams
Chopped Parsely 1 Tablespoons
Grated Netmeg 1 Tablespoons
Salt And Pepper Pinch
Carenne Pepper To Taste
Fresh Egg Yolk 1/2 Numbers
Bread Crumbs 15 Grams

Directions

1. Boil crab in shell.

2. Break shell and remove crab meat.

3. Put cream into a saucepan. Add thickening made with flour and better.

4. Bring to a boil and remove from fire.

5. Stir in crab meat, finely chopped egg, yolks, parselyy and seasoning.

6. Put mixture back into crab shells which must be well cleaned.

7. Brush over with a little egg yolk. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in a quick oven.
