Recipe of dewani handi ( brinjal)
Ingredient Name	Unit	Quantity

brinjal cut into small pieces	big	1/2 kg
garam masala powder	tsp	1 teaspoon
ginger / garlic paste	piece	1 tablespoon
green chillis chopped	large	5_6
oil	tbsp	2 tablespoon
onions small chopped	small	2
red chilli powder	0	1 teaspoon
salt to taste	to taste
some coriander leaves ( chopped )	quart
sugar	0	1 tablespoon
tomatoes chopped	large	2
turmeric powder	0	1/2 teaspoon
Directions \| How to make Dewani Handi ( Brinjal)

take a deep vessel and put all the above ingeridents in it and keep on fire stir well and cook on slow fire till it is done. serve it with chappati your t simple and tasty brinjal curry is ready.
