this is a very delicious, crispy, tasty and healthy recipe
Recipe of dodhi roti
First grate the dodhi (you do not have to remove the skin). Add jeera, sesame 1 tsp, salt, chenna dal, ground green chillie paste, add rice flour until it becomes like a soft chapathi dough. DO NOT ADD WATER. do not forget to add good amount of coriander leaves. Take Chapati thavva, apply oil, take a ball size mixed dough and keep pressing with your fingers on the pan until it is uniformly thin and spread to the whole thavva. and keep on medium heat, add oil and cover with a lid. When it turns golden brown you can take it out and eat. You can make it paper thin, tastes very good.
