Recipe of Double ka mitha

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Raisins  5 Grams
Cashew nuts  5 Grams
Milk  200 ml
Sugar  200 Grams
Bread  8-10 Slice
Ghee  to fry

1) Take a thick bottm vessel. Add sugar and water (1 cup) to make syrup. 2) Stir the mixture of water and sugar till it becomes a thick syrup and keep aside. 3) Take a pan, heat ghee/dalda and fry cashew nuts and raisins and add them to the sugar syrup. 4).Now fry the bread pieces till golden brown 5) Insert all the fried bread pieces into the sugar syrup. 6) Now boil milk and add to the syrup and bread pieces mixture. Stir and let it cool and serve.
