Put the maida, eggs, sugar salt, powederd cardamom and baking soda on a big plate. knead into adough by adding enough melted ghee. do not use water.keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
take a small balls of this dove and make ovelshapes.
Heat ghee in a frying pan and deep fry these.
these dove nuts can be preserved for 2-3 days
