Recipe of DRY CHUTNEY

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Dry 200 Grams
Groundnut 50 Grams
Dry Coconut, Grated 1 Numbers
Chutney Dalia 50 Grams
Chutney Seeds 50 Grams
Cilantro Leaves 2 Tablespoons
Cumin Seeds 2 Tablespoons
Turmeric Powder 1 Teaspoons
Dry Red Chilies 1/4 Cup
Salt To Taste

Directions

Roast all the ingredients and grind them on grinding stone. This chutney can stay for 2-3 months.
