Dum lamb preparation
This is an Indian recipe
500 grms of lamb marinate with 4 table spoon of mastered oil, 1/2 tea spoon of tamarind, 150 grms of curd, 4 nos big opinion, 25 grms of garlic and 25 grms of ginger, 1 tes spoon of salt and 1 tea spoon of sugar for an hour then put in to a pressure cooker and give two hustles and after keep an hour, then open the lid and dry the water and serve.
