garlic paste  1/2 Tablespoons
garam masala pdr  1/2 Tablespoons
oil  1 Tablespoons
fennel pdr  1 Tablespoons
turmeric powder  1/2 Tablespoons
red chilli powder  1/2 Tablespoons
Salt   To Taste
cardamom  2-3 Numbers
cumin seeds  1/2 Tablespoons
cloves  2-3 Numbers
coriander seeds  1 Tablespoons
ginger pdr  1/4 Tablespoons
coriander leaves garnish  1 Springs
curd  100 Grams
baby potato  200 Grams

Directions
  1. Boilnbsp;the potatoes and peel them properly. Now prick the peeled potatoes all over with a forkheat oil add cumin ,garam masala whole ,chopped garlic mix all spice pdrs with little water and add to the mixture . Mix curd, Simmeradd potatoes nbsp;for about 20-25 minutes and your Kashmiri dum aloo dish is ready to be served.
  2. nbsp;I added little pdr of fried cashew nuts for my own variotion , since one has to develop taste for this recipe you may want to add tomatoes
